Technical failure without a result

If you paid and a technical failure prevents NovelPart from delivering a translated result, you can request a full refund. Email support@novelpart.com with the Whop payment or receipt identifier, the task ID if available, and a short description of the problem.

We check the payment and delivery status, then handle an eligible refund through Whop. Refunds are not automatic when a task fails. Do not pay again for a failed order to seek support, and do not send card details or your private task-access token.

Problems with a delivered result

If a result is faulty, incomplete or does not match the purchased service, contact us with a description and a small relevant example. AI output can need editing, but this does not remove your statutory remedies. Depending on the circumstances, applicable consumer law can entitle you to a correction, price reduction or refund.

The 7-day download period is an access period, not a deadline for exercising mandatory consumer rights. Download your copy before access expires.

Cancellation

Consumers in Ireland and the EU may have a 14-day statutory cancellation period for an online purchase, subject to the applicable rules for services and digital content. NovelPart does not claim that payment or starting processing alone removes that right. Email us to cancel; you do not have to use a particular form.

You can use this model notice: “To Mark Holoborodov, support@novelpart.com: I give notice that I cancel my NovelPart translation order. Order/payment reference: ____. Ordered on: ____. Name: ____. Contact email: ____. Date: ____.”

Where a statutory refund is due, it will be provided within the legally required period and normally to the original payment method, unless you agree otherwise. The payment provider or bank may take additional time to display the credit. We do not add a separate refund handling fee.
