Email support@novelpart.com for a translation problem, an unavailable result, a refund or cancellation request, or a privacy question.

Include the task ID or Whop payment/receipt identifier if available, and a short description. Never send card details, API keys, a private task-access token or the full recovery link. We may ask for limited additional information to verify an order.
Payment-platform support
Whop support can help with checkout and payment-platform issues. Translation delivery and product questions are handled by NovelPart.
Before contacting us
The result is available for 7 days from completion. Within that period, reopen your saved private task link to check the status or renew a short-lived download link. If the translation failed, contact us rather than paying for the same order again.
